After searching online for a local immigration counsel i found Vassil Nenkov profile. I placed a call to his office and within the hour i received a phone call back and we had our first consultation that same day. I believe i caught him on his day off because he was plain clothed, but it showed me he... took the time off his day to come speak to me. That was a good sign.
