With over 25 years of experience, James P. Devlin is a Graduate of Providence College (B.A. economics) and Suffolk University School of Law (Juris Doctor, 1986).
He is an active Member of the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar Associations as well as spending many years practicing before the Federal Courts of Massachusetts and is the former President of the Taunton Bar Association and Board Member of the Bristol County Bar Association.
From 1998 to 2008, James P. Devlin was a lawyer Member of the Bristol County Superior Court Medical Malpractice Tribunal. He has been practicing law in all Courts of Bristol, Plymouth and Norfolk counties since 1986.

WONDERFUL experience
I was in desperate need of an attorney on short notice for a child support case. Attorney Devlin was prompt available and well informed. He had the original judges order overturned and I received a more reasonable order for child support (I pay to the other parent) I recommend him to anyone in need ...
