Charlotte Glinka is a partner at Keches Law Group, P.C. and one of the senior litigators in the firm’s Personal Injury department, which has developed a reputation for success throughout the state. “We have a talented, experienced and well-integrated team of people who work hard to achieve the very best results for our clients,” Ms. Glinka says. “Our clients are people who have suffered catastrophic injuries or the loss of a loved one, and it is our goal to try to bring a measure of compensatory justice to their lives.” Ms. Glinka handles all aspects of plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation and trial work in the state and federal courts, including Construction Site Accidents, Products Liability, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Negligence, and a wide range of general liability cases. A number of Ms. Glinka’s successful cases have been reported in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and other noted legal publications.
Ms. Glinka is the immediate past president (2014-15) of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA), the largest organization of plaintiffs’ trial lawyers in the state. She is also a member of the American Association for Justice and the Massachusetts Bar Association. She participates in educational programs and seminars throughout the state for lawyers, law students and the public. Ms. Glinka has received the distinction of being named by Boston Magazine as one of the state’s Super Lawyers for the years 2006 through 2015 and by Lawyers Weekly as one of the Top Women of Law for 2014. Ms. Glinka was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1991. She is a graduate of Rutgers University and the Suffolk University Law School, where she was editor-in-chief of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review, winner of the 1st and 2nd year Moot Court competitions, the 3rd year Mock Trial competition, and a recipient of the Harold B.
