Tim Walsh was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts. He is a graduate of New Bedford Hight School, Lafayette College (B.A. in History) and the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree. Attorney Walsh is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Prior to entering the practice of law, Attorney Walsh had the opportunity to work for his father Attorney Patrick T. Walsh, a long time New Bedford Criminal Defense Attorney. Upon becoming licensed to practice, Attorney Walsh joined the Firm or Moses Smith & Markey, LLC, where he was named lead attorney in the firm's fast growing Criminal Defense Practice.
