I recently had an issue with a tenant regarding non payment of rent as well as the same tenant moving in two more occupants without our consent. I hired Nick to help me with my custody case. Nick took my case on even when I had represented my self for a years at that point. Nick took the time to sit down and actually build a plan with me and made sure to have back up plans in place. He always replayed back with in 42 hours. Which ment alot to... me.
