Landlord Tenant

I recently had an issue with a tenant regarding non payment of rent as well as the same tenant moving in two more occupants without our consent. After hearing about nightmare stories on how difficult eviction could be we knew we needed help. I contacted Attorney Sylvia for advice and he went right t...o work. He was able to get this tenant and the unauthorized occupants out with just a letter of notice and a notice to quit for non payment. He also spoke to the tenant himself when they decided to stop communicating with us. Attorney Sylvia is very knowledgeable, straightforward and a confident Attorney. This could have turned out worse but it didnt thanks to him. I highly recommend Attorney Sylvia to anyone who is experiencing what we just did. Definitely keeping him around.
