I have litigated over 2500 criminal cases in my 27 years as a member of the Bristol County Bar Advocates.
I handle both assigned cases and accept private cases.
My primary courts are the New Bedford District Court and the Bristol County Superior Court but I also accept cases in Fall River District Court, Taunton District Court and all courts inBristol and Plymouth Counties.
I am a certified Youthful Offender Attorney - handling both Deliquency and Youthfull Offender matters in the Juvenile Courts in Bristol and Plymouth Counties.
I also handle Care and Protection cases for parents of children who have been taken into the custody of the Department of Child and Family.

Do NOT waste time and money
Hired her for a very easy case. She colluded with the district attorney to make sure I was locked up for the maximum and then tried to blame me for playing the system. Rude, unprofessional, weak and ineffective attorney.

Unprofessional
Michell is extremely rude and very difficult to get in touch with. She never has any information on cases unless it’s last minute.
