When I worked with Fernandes he proved over and over again he was more interested in his very minor celebrity as a judge than following the the law. He often would go off on tangents and seem to forget what the initial conversation was. He seemed more interested in the stages of grief than the law. I...f he wants to be a grief counselor he should go for it. Stay out of the law field. If you want a stammering little man standing beside you in court who has a minor celebrity as a former associate judge and some very noticeable memory problems go for it. If you want a competent lawyer go elsewhere.
