Andrew Nevitt Ruff

We hired Attorney Ruff to begin a case for us regarding a septic system failure. He was enthusiastic and helpful at first. We provided him with all the material he would need to pursue. He sent out letters on our behalf and within 30 days told us that he had not received an offer to settle. I asked ...him to quote us a figure to continue pursuing recovery on our behalf. This was several months ago. I have left him numerous phone messages and sent numerous emails and he doesn't return our calls, texts or emails. Common courtesy if not interested or able to continue would be to simply reply and let us know instead of just dropping contact altogether.

Attorney Ruff was a great presence in the court room. Superb Attorney,. He was extremely passionate about his work, was thorough, caring and tough in the court room. His diligence and attentiveness to my case was incredible. He really took the time in explaining things and did not rush me when discus...sing the cases at hand and also was extremely prompt at returning calls ! Really smart guy really dedicated attorney.
