Keith represented us on the sale of our commercial property. He is very professional. He got the work completed quickly and whenever we had any questions, he was very quick to respond either through email or with a phone call. I would highly recommend him.

"It is plain and simple, Keith knows his stuff. He is a hard worker and extremely bright. He knows what he is doing. I see great things from him now, and expect even greater things in the future."
"I endorse this lawyer. Why? Because between his LLM in Tax and his prior experiences with accounting and taxes, Attorney Phillis has amassed a great deal of knowledge applicable to his representation of clients on matters related to tax, debt, and estate planning. If I have a case that also happens to have complex tax issues, Keith is the person I call for guidance."
"Keith is incredibly conscientious, detail-oriented and compassionate. I could not trust an attorney more than Keith. He is passionate about the work he does from start to end. I recommend him to anyone facing debt or tax issues, including bankruptcy and estate planning issues."
