I used this Attorney to get my business incorporated and he screwed me. He was very nice and pleasant at first and did helped me get by business incorporated. However prior to that he told me he would file my minutes annually and do all of that no matter what. When it came time to do the minutes for ...the business I called him and he stated he was moving and no longer working with me. I would have appreciated if he was up front from the beginning. I was then told by my accountant that I need to find an Attorney to do that for me. This Attorney is horrible and I would not recommend him to anyone.
