I've had the pleasure to meet Linda last year after an unfortunate wrongful arrest, which led to a series of education and immigration related issues as I was a continuing international student with a highly-respected international fellowship. I have never dealt with the US Legal system before, and t...he stakes were too high: I could lose my fellowship, which would mean I could no longer continue my education, and thus my career would take a major hit. I was frightened. From day one, she knew that she had to resolve my case in a manner that would not affect me with my schooling and professional aspirations, and had to expedite the legal procedures so that I could attend my upcoming consular appointment for a visa status change as well. Besides, I felt a lot more confident about it all, thanks to her explaining and walking me through every step of the legal system, excellent advice and much needed reassurance - not just once, but multiple times, including at 8:30pm on a Friday. The case was successfully dismissed under two months, and since then I was able to renew my visa, continue my studies, and graduate shortly after. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone, with no second thought.

This lawyer was not aware of the basic laws or just choose to share the information with me. She made several unnecessary court dates that did not progress my case but did cost me significantly more in retainers. She never returned my calls until the day before court then screamed and I do mean screa...med at me . Unfortunately for me she cost me a ton of money thousands of dollars then she couldn’t get prepared and quit the week of court. I obtained a new lawyer and got the case over with and made out very well thanks to my new well educated attorney. It is a shame she is able to get away with this behavior.
