Highly Unprofessional

Was my child's advocate, dismissive of me and rude. Seemed to be a little too interested in my child's father personally than in doing what is best for the child. She made a very bad assessment of the situation.

Unprofessional

Susan Sard White was appointed as a child advocate for my children as I was going through a divorce. Took very little time and showed 0 interest. Made no bones about the fact that she was paid very little by the courts to do this type of work and was not sure how much time she could actually devote... to it. Time went by and as her report was coming due, it was like a house was on fire! Went months without a word and then she was calling constantly asking questions and looking for info. If she gets assigned as your child’s advocate go back to court and ask for someone else. She was extremely unorganized and extremely unprofessional. You and your children deserve better!

Smart, efficient and responsive. An real asset to her firm.

Susan represented my interests in a mediated divorce settlement. She was a fine advocate, extremely efficient and well-organized, and a pleasure to work with. She would make a fine mediator herself.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
