Stephen M. McGonigle

I was referred to him by a friend who later told me that in hindsight he would have gone with someone different once he realized that this lawyer had convinced him to settle when he should have gone to trial. In my experience, he has failed to advocate for me at pre-trial, prior to and at each event... he continues to run up the bill with no evidence of succeeding in bettering my situation. He seems to just be interested in funding his imminent retirement rather than in his clients' best interests.

This attorney didn't inform me about any of the counter-offers made by the opposing party. I think he did it simply to increase his billings. When we showed up to trial I found out that I could've ended the whole ordeal weeks earlier if only Mr. McGonigle had informed me of the counter-offers. I w...ould have gladly accepted those counter-offers.
