Unprofessional.
This attorney didn't inform me about any of the counter-offers made by the opposing party. I think he did it simply to increase his billings. When we showed up to trial I found out that I could've ended the whole ordeal weeks earlier if only Mr. McGonigle had informed me of the counter-offers. I w...
