Biography
I am an attorney with over 12 years of experience practicing law in state and federal courts as a commercial litigator. I have represented individual and corporate clients in matters involving general business disputes, employment disputes, contract disputes, insurance disputes, intellectual property issues, construction and land use issues, family law issues, guardianships and conservatorships. I also counsel clients on general business matters, including the drafting of contracts.
Having practiced law for almost 12 years, I understand that litigation is not for everyone. I am also a trained mediator offering mediation services to parties who wish to explore dispute resolution in a more relaxed environment.
In addition to these services, I offer consulting services to law firms that need support in research, writing, or development of litigation strategy.
