About Michael
Biography
For 29 years I have been representing public and private sector employers, large and small, for profit and not for profit, in all matters of labor and employment law. Over the years in different capacities I have have come to know and advised several hundred businesses/employers in countless situations. I began practicing law in CT and became an equity Partner in a regional law firm while leading the firm's employment and labor law practice group. I moved back to Massachusetts in 2000 and worked in-house for a few years (2002-2006) and returned to private practice in 2006 as an equity partner at a national law firm while leading that firm's labor and employment practice. In 2007, I founded Foley & Foley, PC, hired a talented, experienced team, and established a law firm that prides itself on excellent client services and the creative solutions we define and achieve for our clients. My law firm's clients and business interests are local, regional and national and include small to large companies in a wide variety of business sectors. We offer a fresh perspective and new ideas, and have a well established record of achieving good results.
