Definitely not recommended!
Definitely would not recommend! We were charged for an e-mail that asked simply if he was available to come to the signing of a P&S! So many more examples of ridiculous billing of time it would take me too long to type them all here.

Replied last December 01, 2014Attorneys primarily earn their living from fees generated as a result of time expended whether by verbal or written communications and related services for a particular matter. Some attorneys keep time records based upon a quarter of an hour and some keep time records based upon a tenth of an hour. I keep records based upon the tenth. Disgruntled persons or persons who simply refuse to understand and accept the protocol of the profession can easily misunderstand the process. It is unfortunate that this prospective client fell into this category because my over 30 years of real estate knowledge and experience would have been an invaluable resource and of assistance to them. Thank you for allowing me to respond to this review.
