Extremely dissapointed

We purchased a home in fall 2021 and Claire was the attorney representing the sellers. She didn't reach out to the sellers' bank to obtain the payoff statement until one day before the scheduled closing date, causing the closing to be delayed. We had to pay the property tax, interest, and insurance p...remium for a few days without being able to access the house. Moreover, the delay in closing forced us to reschedule multiple deliveries and moving. I would not recommend her to anyone who needs real estate attorneys.
