I recently hired Attorneys Lisa Ruggieri, and Caitlyn Ly to represent me over a lingering child support battle. They handled my case with direct, honest responses to my questions. I worked with Lisa and her team to put a custody agreement in place. Lisa listened to my needs and requests, and very quickly had paperwork filed and delivered to the appropriate parties. At one point we were unable to receive the required information from the defendant, so Lisa quickly came up wit...h a plan B to make sure we could proceed in the simplest way possible. Not only did the agreement she drew up satisfy my custody needs for my son, but it was done without us even having to appear in court, and also done so quickly that not all of my retainer was used. I had filled out the 'contact us' form on Lisa's website and got a phone call within 24 hours to try to set up a time for a consult regarding custody, from Caitlin. We went over a few things verbally and set up a date to meet.
