Working with Lisa and her staff has made my divorce experience a lot more manageable. They are hard working and devoted to taking care of their clients. Lisa got me through multiple court issues including family probate. Her expertise in family law has proven through her successes throughout my case.... Lisa has a remarkable staff, that is there when you need them. If you have any questions, Lisa and staff are quick to respond and will resolve any issue. If you find yourself in Probate court post-divorce like I did, you want the person representing you to fight for you like Lisa did for me. At times we had to wait to be called and I had the opportunity to see other lawyers in action, none of them compared to Lisa. She was always extremely prepared,... well spoken, highly respected by her peers, persuasive and effective. Losing is not an option for her, and she really cares about her clients and wants to assist them to the best of her ability. I had filled out the 'contact us' form on Lisa's website and got a phone call within 24 hours to try to set up a time for a consult regarding custody, from Caitlin. We went over a few things verbally and set up a date to meet. At the meeting everything was thoroughly explained to me and Lisa made it ...so I wouldn't have to spend an outrageous amount of money for legal guidance during my case. (It means a lot that she would take into consideration that money is tight as is for a young single mother and accommodate). Within 20 minutes we had two stipulations written up ready for court in only 2 weeks after. Caitlin met me at the court house and did a great job offering the stipulation(s) to the other party and helping us come to an agreement when there was a conflict.
