Ann has gone above and beyond the call of duty time and time again. I can hardly believe how relatively easy she has made what otherwise could have been an un...bearably stressful time. She is unwaveringly kind, patient, calm, ethical, and reassuring. At the same time, she is tough as nails. She's extremely easy to reach either by phone or email. The rare times she's not in the office, her kind law partner Steve Houde has always been more than happy to help me. They have a down-to-earth, unpretentious office and a very small staff.
