Biography
I am a partner in a law firm that is engaged in the general practice of law in Massachusetts. I have over 21 years of experience with matters involving civil litigation, insurance defense, residential and commercial real estate transactions, and the general representation of individuals and business owners. My firm also specializes in federal and state employment litigation.
I joined the law firm of Avery Dooley, LLP in October 1994 and in 1998 became a Partner in the firm (now Avery Dooley & Noone, LLP). I focus my practice on the representation of individuals and businesses engaged in civil litigation in both the state and federal court systems. I have successfully litigated numerous matters in both state and federal court. I focus on legal matters concerning insurance defense litigation and coverage matters, products liability, construction litigation, property and fire damage claims, employment, and personal injury. In addition, I represent individuals and entities in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions. I also assist individuals in the formation of business entities.
I am an active member of the community, particularly in Belmont, Massachusetts, where I have lived most of my life. I have served on several Boards, including the Belmont Planning Board. I have also served as a Town Meeting Member and acted as the Chair of several committees.
