After spending years with another lawyer and have little to zero progress with my student loan settlement Dan came in and saved the day. He was upfront and honest with me and even though I was already upset from the previous lawyer Dan did everything he said he would and more to get me a fair settlem...ent and help straighten everything out. He and his team were prompt with communication and follow up and very curtious. I would defiantly use him again if I was ever in this situation or recommend him to friends or family in my same situation.

My review for Daniel Ruggiero is that he was so so very helpful to myself and my husband when we were scammed by a Law firm that was going to help us with a Loan Modification with our Mortgage. David not only was there to help but because of what happened to us he has not and said he would not charg...e us a dime. I do recommend him very highly.

After 2 years of trying again and again to get a mortgage modification from my bank I would have lost my house to foreclosure if it would not have been for Dan's expertise. A sale date had already been set. Dan's negotiations with the bank's lawyers not only resulted in the removal of the sale date... of my house, but in the end convinced the bank and their lawyer to offer me an excellent modification, which I gladly accepted.
