I was in immigration hell. Nowhere to turn to. I got a referral to Cashman by a friend. With other lawyers telling me that my goose was cooked and I might as well pack my bags, Dan and his trusted partner Susana looked my case over. Dan drew a line on his legal pad. On one side was USA, the other, my home country. Told me when I go for my interview, I will not be in the USA, but back in my original home country. However, he guided me through the whole process....my guardian angle he is as my case had no chance according to many lawyers.
That was over four years ago. I was in deep despair. But twice he sat with me through my interviews, one especially very gruelling lasting almost 2 hours.
Dan, my life is safe and secure and I get to see my young son everyday thanks to you. And for that, I thank you. I refer anyone I meet who has an immigration issue to Dan. In addition the dedication by the whole team can only be described as Amnesty.....as they are selfless.

I came to this country 19 years ago and I have been trying ever since to get my legal status straight, after going through so many immigration lawyers and spending thousands and thousands of dollars, a friend of mine came along and told me to check on Daniel F Cashman because he did help him get his green-card. So I went and visited his offices and we talked about my case which was very complicated. He told me he will do the best he can to see that I get my legal status. I was skeptical at first because it seemed like the same old story I used to get from other immigration lawyer in the past. Daniel took my case, did all the research about my situation and then in a few months he filed my case. After a few weeks I got a letter from USCIS informing me that I have to go for finger prints appointment and then a week later got a note to go for my interview. All this came to me as a surprise because it has never happened before. After my interview, it took 48 days, my GREEN-CARD came in the mail. On receiving it, I cried like a little baby. All these years finally someone has delivered on their promise, not only did Daniel deliver what he promised, but he is the kind of lawyer who puts your case first and money last. He will never stop work just because you still owe him money. I have never seen such a lawyer who loves to help us foreigners. With Daniel, you never had to make an appointment, you just walk into his office and he will see you no matter what he was doing. As you know, us foreigners, we are not good with appointments, but Daniel learnt our ways and he accepted the way we operate. Daniel has a great group of team he works with, who are very nice and professionally understanding, especially his legal assistant who is the most amazing person I have ever met. So because of Daniel and his legal team, am now a happily United States Permanent Resident. Thank you very much Daniel from the bottom of my heart .

Worked with Dan and was extremely pleased with outcome and the way he handled the case.
He is professional and works with you on all aspects of the process. I had previously worked with 2 other attorneys on my petition and they were unsatisfactory at best.
Mr. Cashman took my case reviewed what the previous attorneys had done and sorted it out.
When you want it done right and done right the first time go with Dan Cashman you have a top tier attorney who delivers.
