Pamela Lindmark

Attorney Lindmark is a criminal and immigration attorney who focuses on obtaining justice and liberty for her clients.  She has been practicing law for over 35 years and has a wide range of experience in many different areas of the law.  First and foremost, however, she is an advocate for her clients.

Her employment history can be traced back to her early days in the criminal courts of Boston, where she served for several years as an Assistant District Attorney under DA Newman Flannigan.  She moved on to private practice and the defense of criminal litigants, trying cases throughout the Commonwealth.  Criminal appeals have become one of her speciallties, and she continues to argue and win appeals in the Appeals Court, before the Board of Immigration Appeals in Virginia, and before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.

Immigration law, and battling for the rights of her non-citizen clients, however, is the focus of Attorney Lindmark's growing law firm.  She appears regularly in the Boston Immigration Court, and before the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Attorney Lindmark's firm also obtains lucrative judgments in personal injury cases.
