Chelsea Mae Pettit

Hello, and thank you for your interest in my practice!

I am originally from Princeton, Minnesota.  After graduating from the University of Minnesota - Morris, I moved to Boston in 2010 to attend New England Law | Boston.  After graduating in 2013, I passed the Massachusetts Bar Exam and began work in a small biotech start-up in Cambridge, MA. 

After a few years there I realized that my true calling was to devote my time and energy to helping people attain their dreams of owning the right home, whether that's their first home, an upgrade, a downgrade, or even refinancing to live more comfortably in the home that they love.

My practice primarily involves residential and commercial real estate transactions.  I have experience in buyer and seller representation and in the representation of financial/lending institutions. 

I seek to network with buyers and sellers of real estate, mortgage brokers, bank representatives, real estate agents and real estate brokers located in the Greater Boston Area, North Shore, South Shore and Metro West. Though my main office is located in Newton, MA, often times you'll find me on the road in any given part of the state in order to better serve my clients and contacts.
