Dont really think this will affect your 485 filing unless you have other crimes.

I dont have all the facts of your case, but shouldn't you be able to file an amended L1 with premium processing. We always do this instead of 824....

Filing for citizenship is faster and easier. If you are married when you submit the n400, put "married".
