based on what u said you may need to dismiss the case. In mass the $$ would come back to u, less trustee commissions. these things do not happen...

Move on. For a couple of hundred bucks, do not waste your time. You can obviously sue you go to small claims court, but your time is worth money....

I filed a no asset Ch 7 in Nov. 2012 and received a discharge in Feb. 2013. Case was closed at the time of discharge.
