After having a sit down with Beth, my view of the system has change dramatically. Beth Herr was patient with me. She understood where I wan...ted things to go and how she planned on having them come into fruition. It’s as if she’s an eagle seeing the entire playing field…. BLESS HER HEART! In the beginning Beth assured me she had experience in what I was dealing with. Because of her recommendations and not filing proper paperwork I was held in contempt. I requested reimbursement for the contempt fees I had to pay with proof of correspondence that I followed her advice. I questione...d and confirmed with her multiple times before proceeding with her instructions. She did not reply to my request. Our first in person meeting was at the courthouse. She seemed confused about what paperwork needed to be filed and the proper names of the paperwork. After this interaction I sought different counsel.

Beth Herr made made some grievous errors such as accidentally sending private email correspondences to the opposition's attorney, appearing at the wrong courthouse for a long awaited hearing, misplacing evidence and documents, and forgetting her notes and questions for witnesses during trial. Those a...ctions combined with no movement in the matter for four years contributed toward further trauma and damages to my family unit as a whole.
