My step father was an attorney, and when he passed away I wasn't sure I would ever find an attorney that matched his ethics, intelligence, tenacity, and stalwartness. Then I ended up meeting Nick. I had spoken with other attorneys before I spoke to Nick, and they all informed me that it would cost me more than I could expect to win, but after I explained the situation to Nick his response was, "What they are doing isn't right. I'll take the case." We ended up winning that case, and I won more than I ever expected to win. Certainly more than the large firms I spoke with first said I could win. I plan on keeping Nick on as my council for quite some time because I can't imagine a better resource, or trusted friend to navigate the intricacies of real-estate law and to tackle large associations and their firms.
