Lori A. Yarvis

Lori brings more than 20 years of experience to her corporate and transactional practice. She concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, contracts, business transactions, and serving as general counsel to clients in the manufacturing, retail, transportation, health care, technology, financial and professional service industries. Whether the focus is on acquisitions and growth, risk management or exit strategies and sales, Lori's corporate clients appreciate her sage counsel throughout the business life cycle. Lori also works with nonprofit organizations and has served as a board member of several educational and cultural institutions. She counsels businesses in disadvantaged communities through the Economic Justice Project of the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights, is involved in leadership roles in the Boston Bar Association and the Boston Club, and is an active member of the Massachusetts Women's Bar Association.

Lori received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, magna cum laude, and her law degree from Fordham University Law School in New York. She trained as a corporate and transactional lawyer at Winston and Strawn, LLP, also in New York.
