More Than Expected!

15 years after Mr. Moran represented our new lender on a refinance mortgage closing, we learned that our previous mortgage was not discharged at the county registry. Even though this fell on the old lender's attorney, Mr. Moran helped us to navigate correcting this problem through the other attorney....
