Do not use if you value communication throughout the process. After initial "sales pitch" handed work off to someone else who wouldn't answer phone calls or respond. They prefer to send emails, even for complex or important issues that may require follow-on questions/dialogue. Incredibly frustrating ...and would not hire again.

Non professional with my practice sale. Spoke to him twice of which He have he was so rude to me! Sent me the wrong contract (boiler plate for the buyer). I was the seller! He was not reachable ever. When the deal went bad in two months, of which he is partially responsible for. Never returned my d...esperate cry’s for help! DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN HE IS DISRESPECTFUL, UNREACHABLE AND REALLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CLIENTS ! He took my case knowing he was going away and time was of the essence. I was STUCK with him! Horrible feeling when you paid him 12k. But took 12.5 without asking! INDISPENSABLE ! TAKE MY ADVISE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOUR KID COULD DO BETTER! At least they would respond to you! I don’t want to give a star at all. He is arrogant and a narcissist! BE WARE. He has to expect these reviews. He gives less time for you during your transition than the time it took me to write this. RUN WHILE YOU CAN

If I could give 0 stars I would. He is the most unprofessional and rude attorney I have ever dealt with. I am a Florida resident and my broker gave me this contractor to use because he trusted him. He is not to be trusted at all! He did business in Florida when he is not licensed to do so. He charged... me $11,000 to review my contract with my dental office general contractor which he obviously didn’t make any changes to protect me. He didn’t place any penalty clauses for delay of project. He allowed the contractor to take full advantage of me by not protecting my rights. What did I need an attorney for? I will never recommend him to any of my dental colleagues.
