Biography
As an Assistant District Attorney, I prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases. As an “insurance defense” attorney, I was hired by insurance companies to defend people and businesses being sued in civil court. I have been appointed as Special Prosecutor by three different District Attorneys in serious criminal matters involving Police Corruption, Sexual Assault and Attempted Murder. I have appeared in cases before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court as a special prosecutor and as counsel to civil litigants, as well as before the New Hampshire Supreme Court as criminal defense counsel. I am an experienced trial attorney that can handle your matter from investigation through trial and, if necessary, to the appeals court.
