I751 case
Michael was very helpful at first with my I751 case, after a while he stopped responding to my messages, very frustrating.

Replied last August 02, 2019I appreciate the feedback. I always make it my goal to be attentive to client needs and to reply to messages that I receive via phone or e-mail within 24 hours. If I receive a communication on a different social media platform that I do not typically use to serve clients, such as LinkedIn, then it may take me a few additional days to realize that I have received the message and to respond to it in a timely manner. I urge all clients to call or e-mail me for issues related to active cases.
