Clifford was extremely helpful with our home sale. We can't give him a higher recommendation! He was super responsive and communicative, took the time to explain things to us (it was our first sale), advocated for us, and followed through with everything till the very end (and even after we'd paid hi...m). A true professional and a kind and friendly person to work with.

I can not agree more with the previous posting. Unfortunately there was no option (Zero star). I would definitely not recommend him. We hired Mr Freeman to represent us for a condo purchase, and he did not show professionalism and it was very difficult to reach. He does not have a secretary and you o...nly get his answering machine. He did not put much effort when we were complaining about the problems of the condo to get it fixed. We had a big problem after closing because he forgot to send us the bylaws of a condo and the seller had told something different from what was in the bylaws. So, we ended up losing money. he walked away when I asked him to represent us against the seller/broker in small claims court. Of course, he had already got his money ($2,000). We ended up complaining about him in the small claim court and asked to get our money back. So, be careful!!! He is not worth! He will let you down!!
