Probably more. She will burn through your hard-earned money and waste your time and everyone else's includ...ing the judge.

This Aggressive lawyer Took 500. 00 from me and when I met her she refused my case. I asked for refund and she gave me her personal check that bounced for last year and half to this day. This Aggressive attorney stunk of booze at 10am in morning and slurred through whole "meeting " Sent to Bar Assoc...iation via Rep. Mark Montignys office

Charlene met with me for 1 1/2 hours to modify a divorce issue. At that time she listened, took all my original paperwork, told I was entitled to retirements + alimony. She told me she would help me. She even hugged me when I got up to leave. This is 5 MOTHS later. I have NEVER heard from her. ... Despite promises from her paralegal Jamie. I tried to be respectful of Charlene's busy schedule. She set up a conference call and stood me up, despite me waiting for 3 hours. She promised to set up a 3 way conference call with the attorney for the company my ex works with + the company who did the retirement review for my divorce. She never did. I have sent numerous emails and made numerous calls and left VM. I NEVER heard from her personally. Her paralegal, Jamie, would call back telling me Charlene will be doing......This is CRITICAL because if my ex files for retirement any day and doesn't choose the correct option, I would get NO retirement dollars should he day the day after his retirement. I trusted her. She is NOT trustworthy. She lied to me at our meeting. She neglected doing what she said she would do. This has been an extremely stressful issue to me because I have no other source of retirement.

Sat down today and went over my contempt/child modification case and was amazed at her knowledge and honesty. She was able to inform me of the direction I sould take. It was refreshing to be talking to someone that really cared about the situation I am in. She was not there to sell herself but to tel...l me what isthe best action I can take given my situation. A fresh, honest lawyer that cares 9/10
