Charlene A. Caldeira

Charlene A. Caldeira is the founder of Caldeira Law, P.C., a boutique family law firm based in Hingham, Massachusetts. She has more than 25 years of litigation experience in family law and appellate procedure in matters across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She handles the most complex family law matters, including high-conflict custody cases and divorces involving multi-million-dollar estates.

In addition to her litigation experience, Ms. Caldeira focuses her practice on appellate law. She has served as a Supreme Judicial Court law clerk for Associate Justice Neil Lynch and co-authored the 2nd edition of Appellate Procedure in the Massachusetts Practice Series. She has served as an adjunct professor at New England School of Law and has lectured at and chaired numerous Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education seminars. She has been counsel on numerous notable appellate cases, including cases in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and has been appointed as a Guardian ad litem and a Special Master for Discovery by the Probate & Family Court.

She was admitted to practice in the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1998, and in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in 2000.
