My husband and I went to see Attorney Victor last year to draft our estate plan. She explained our estate plan in terms that were easy to understand. This year we had some questions and called Attorney Victor's office. She responded to our phone call within an 1/2 hour. I asked her how much I owe...d her for the time she spent answering our questions and she said she doesn't charge for phone calls.

Melissa was a fantastic attorney from start to finish. She returned our phone calls promptly, answered all of our questions and continues to call us for free. She handled our estate plan, helped us fill out forms, talked with our financial advisor, returned a call from our bank and again she never ...sent us an extra bill. We would more than recommend her to anyone. She was recommended to us from our neighbor and we are pleased with our choice.

We attended one of Melissa's seminars in January. During the seminar, she tells the audience that she gives "free phone calls" and "returns calls within 24 hours." I have to admit I was a bit skeptical of an attorney who claims this. However, this is definitely TRUE! We became a client of Attorne...y Victor's in February and since then have come across some questions. She always returns our calls promptly and never seems annoyed by our calls. If you are looking for an attorney who you can understand and rely on - she is the one.

My family went to see Attorney Victor because we had many questions regarding the sale of my father's house when he was in a nursing home. He was on Mass Health at the time. Attorney Victor spent over an hour with us, answering questions and explaining the laws to us. Once our meeting was over, it... was clear that based on her recommendations we wouldn't need to do anything. I offered to pay her for her time and she refused to let me! We were very pleased with her services and were willing to pay for her advice.
