Will preparation
Mr. Hoiberg prepared my will. He did a thorough job and explained everything. Plus he was very kind. I sent a friend to him too. I will consult him again if needed.
"I worked with Les Holberg as a court-appointed mediator in a case where he represented a woman whose sister was contesting the estate of their father. Mr. Holberg represented his client exceptionally well, against a very difficult opposing side. He managed to get his client the best possible outcome of the case, because he showed everyone at the mediation that he was fully prepared to go to trial on the matter immediately. At the same time, however, he privately knew that his client wanted to resolve the matter fully, without any further litigation, and he put his client's needs and interests first and above all else."
