To cautious not aggressive.
My gut told me go with someone else but I did not due to the money spent and time. She did make some gains but on our motions let opposing counsel control narrative. Was afraid to bring up vital information which could have damaged opposition's case. Sometimes you need to take a chance and throw stuf...
