Until I can prove fraud, misconduct, and predatory lending I will have to use words like "questionable behavior/ethics" and inept. Long story short, his actions cost me over $100k in home equity. Apparently, although he and I already had an extensive attorney/client relationship, he "forgot" that I... owned my home, and he paved the way for my wife to refinance our mortgage and pull out equity, without my knowledge or consent. The icing on the cake is that after he allowed her to do this, he let me hire him for my divorce without informing me that he had been working with her on the mortgages. The Attorney General's Office has sent me a packet to outline my complaint.
