This the worst mistake imaginable. He doesn't hold himself to the rules of professional conduct, let's be clear. He didn't disclose a conflict of interest. It turns out that my ex is living with his relative. Steve knew this from the beginning and he was communicating with my ex through this relati...
The reviewer previously submitted a review on March 22, 2024. Both reviews contain false representations. In the most recent review the reviewer writes that I communicated with a relative who resided with his ex. At no time did I communicate directly (or indirectly through a third-party) with the opposing party outside of communication with the opposing attorney of record. No relative of mine has ever resided in the county where the reviewer’s ex resided. The reviewer also complained that I played games on my iPad during a hearing. First, any iPad use by me during any hearing in which I am involved is limited to the subject hearing. Second, I have never played any games on my iPad or on any other device. Third, I or my agents, have never downloaded games to my iPad or any other device. Finally, I have been practicing law for over 48 years, and I have never played a game on my iPad, nor do I have any interest in now learning how to play games on my iPad. My iPad is used by me exclusively to support my law practice and communicate with family and friends. F. Steven Triffletti

Steve started out great, but he lost interest in working for me. After he failed to file a motion that was really significant he began arguing about it and not only did he refuse to take responsibility he has attempted to charge me an ungodly amount of money for me trying to address this and a dozen ...
I am sorry that the reviewer feels this way, and I believe the comments are not warranted. Although I disagree with the reviewer’s comments about my representation, the Rules of Professional Conduct prevent me from discussing the facts of the engagement in a public forum such as this.

F Steven Triffletti is the most honest, caring and knowledgable attorney in the Plymouth, MA county. He is well known and is involved in many philanthopic organizations. I would, in fact, I do recommend Steve to my friends and clients.
