I had a very strong assault & battery case, when it came down to an out of court settlement, the attorney strongly advised me to accept a figure that was extremely low, which I rejected. I rejected another offer against his advice again then finally accepted a decent figure. Because he worked on ...consignment basis he ended up taking a third of the last offer, which he did not deserve in my opinion due to the fact that he advised against rejecting the first 2 offers. This left me with the impression that he either majorly lacks confidence or doubting his integrity as a lawyer. To sum it up, this was a terrible experience with a very weak lawyer.
