Pamela Ann Marshall

It is a pleasure to write a review, I have been telling everyone I think who may need an attorney to please call her as she is fantastic, she is a calming presence with her knowledge & her sense of humor to put you at ease. She certainly is knowledgeable. What I admired most is she is a parent first ...and she speaks from that platform as well as guiding you as an attorney. She is no-nonsense, honest & fair, imo. Several members of our family have had multiple consultations with her and her advice is spot on so that at this time; although, we do not need to hire her permanently yet, I wouldn't hesitate. She was actually recommended to us, we were not looking for an attorney, a professional whom we had an appointment with was exclaiming how great her attorney is and I asked... because this professional was such a sweetheart of a person, I was interested in whomever she was so ecstatic over.... so Pam Marshall's name came up... then years later we landed in family court and we spoke to several people in there and they gave us two names and once again there was excitement when it came to Pam Marshall. I remembered her name rang a bell. I put it together when I realized the scope of her law practice. The minute I met her, it was like a breath of fresh air, it's evident she cares.

I met with attorney Marshall in her capacity as "Lawyer of the Day" at Brockton Court to ask about matters pertaining to visitation of my children with their mother (I'm a father with sole physical custody). I wanted to be proactive in ensuring my children were safe in the light of my ex's disturbin...g behavior. I put out what had happened in the past, and what I was looking for. Attorney Marshall was very sympathetic and put me at ease, telling me what I was doing so far (keeping a log of visitations and other events relating to my ex's recent AWOL status) was good, and that at this time I didn't need to do anything more (such as Emergency Motions). She said that if the ex came for contempt, I have ample evidence to show that visitation was not being allowed by me bacause I was wanting to keep the boys' wellbeing paramount. What she said to me was helpful, caring, informative and reassuring. She understood the nature of the court system very well, and her advice was well thought-out. Although I only met with her for about half an hour, I can honestly and wholeheartedly recommend her ... and given that I have gone through so much grief with the MA court system, that is praise indeed for a lawyer from me!
