I dealt with Paul on my recent home purchase. I had originally, signed a P&S on a short sale and at the time of the P&S, Paul worked for the bank directly. During the process we had a delay or two and needed to file an extension. I, on multiple occasions asked if it would cost additional fee's - a...nd was told no. I finally had enough and wanted out of the short sale and was advised I could get out of the contract by Paul - I then submitted another offer on another property. Turns out I was not legally out of the short sale. I was in a high risk position with the chance of losing both deposits or at least one. Paul was non responsive to emails, and phone calls even with deadlines that needed to be met. Finally, I got out of the short sale and closed on the second property. With Paul involved on everything to date I felt obligated to use him for the closing to not delay further. He sent me a bill without speaking to me for the first house which I was forced to pay to get the closing completed. I would never recommend him or the Bank of Canton (who recommended him) to anyone. Lastly, Paul would send condescending emails which were very unprofessional. The overall home buying experience was awful.
