Brian C. Dever joined Keches Law Group, P.C. in 1991, has been a partner since 1994, and is a senior trial lawyer. Mr. Dever has demonstrated his considerable experience and skills in trying numerous jury trials to verdict over the last 18 years. “My philosophy in handling cases is one of an aggressive, hands-on approach, with direct and frequent communication with clients.” Over the last 10 years, Mr. Dever has had a number of cases reported in Lawyers Weekly as “Largest Settlements and/or Verdicts” of the year. From 1983 to 1990, he was staff trial counsel to one of the state’s largest insurers, specifically assigned to the defense of construction companies. He is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Boston Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
