John mediated the trust disbursement for the death of my father and he did a terrible job. All siblings were in agreement with no disputes. It was an easy matter to bring closure. Instead, John offered all of us unclear language, a complete lack of transparency, typos in emails (from a Yahoo email?),... weeks between communication, and at times, complete disrespect. It's important to note that he's even in the family himself. If he can't do his job well for his extended family, how do you expect him to handle your legal matters? I implore you; find anybody else.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I was given repeated assurances but very little actual progress. Responses were slow, and I often felt left in the dark about important matters. What should have been a straightforward process became exhausting and frustrating. I expected far more ...professionalism. Would NOT recommend.
