Stacy Klein Verde

I hired Stacy Klein Verde for a custody case. She lacked good communication skills, mailing letters instead of calling when requested and as promised. At our first hearing, she was running back and forth between three courtrooms and I felt she was not adequately prepared and mentally ready to represe...nt me. She was completely disorganized trying to straighten out her files and did not present half the information I gave her. The second time we were in the courtroom for a motion, she argued with the clerk and as a result, the judge refused to hear my emergency motion. In mediation, she said very little to present my concerns and share my reasons for wanting what I requested. She yelled at me at one point when I expressed concern regarding events that took place in the courtroom after that. She didn’t seem to care about the outcome of my case at all and I ended up terminating her contract and retaining a more qualified attorney. Total waste of money and emotional stress due to her unprofessional service.
