Biography
As an estate planning and elder law attorney, my practice revolves around the well-being of my clients. Whether providing estate planning for peace of mind and wealth preservation, or probating the estate of a loved one, I always want to be a problem-solver for my clients. In addition to creating estate plans and probating estates, my practice also includes guardianships and conservatorships for elders. In addition, I am experienced in MassHealth (Medicaid) applications for elders entering a nursing home.
I am a graduate of Stonehill College and Suffolk University Law School and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2010. I am an associate attorney at the Law Office of Paul D. Silvia in Brockton, Massachusetts.
